	Project outline:"America: A Case for Reframing an Idea" examines how myths have shaped concepts in the U.S. and focuses on rebranding them for a more accurate representation.

Our vision:
Moogic is a branding system that my teammate Martina Laksu and I developed to challenge the misconceptions about whole milk, flipping the narrative that it is unhealthy compared to alternative options like oat milk on popular media.

	Process
	
	Research:Throughout the project, we discovered that marketing campaigns, which overhype plant-based alternatives, often perpetuate many misconceptions about whole milk. People are likely to follow trends they see on social media and quickly reject and shame what is deemed as "not trendy." The inspiration came from a barista when she was asked to make a coffee with "the popular milk."
To solve:
To change people's perception of whole milk, we focused on evoking the childhood memory of sitting at home and drinking milk under the influence of their parents, while playfully bashing 0@tly as they often do to whole milk.&#38;nbsp;

	Project outline:This was a sprint project for #WHYVOTE USA, a creative competition launched by Creative Conscience and VoiceBox to enhance political participation among young people and educate them on the importance of voting. 


Our vision:
We wanted to focus on the importance of local voting as it is easy to ignore for many first-time voters.

	Process
	
	Research:We discovered that the primary reasons behind the lack of motivation to vote were insufficient knowledge, disappointment with the system, and a lack of representation.&#38;nbsp;

	Solution:After assessing these pain points, we decided to focus our narrative on the importance of local voting, as it addresses most of these concerns.

	AgomodenaSpeculative Design


	Project outline:The project, "Design + Futurism // The Art of Speculation" envisions how communication and language will transform by 2074, based on trends and technologies from 2024. It explores how expression—through sight, sound, touch, and beyond—will evolve, focusing on the future of language and communication tools. The goal is to create a multi-sensory document that demonstrates these changes, guided by a narrative that speculates on both utopian and dystopian futures.

Our vision:
In 2075, as pollution and economic collapse make much of the world uninhabitable, new materials are discovered in Marquette, Michigan, leading to the creation of Agomodena—“city on the water” in Ojibwe.
Agomodena’s language, inspired by Esperanto and local tongues, is efficient and transformative. Inclusivity is furthered by “Syntho-Speech,” a device translating hand gestures into audio, making communication faster and more accessible for all.

	Laws of Simplicity&#38;nbsp;Typography/Book Design
	
	Project outline:Laws of Simplicity by John Maeda was a great book and design material. For this project, we were asked to reimagine what one of the chapters might look like, exploring how design can visually reflect the ideas presented in the text.


My vision:
I chose to design Law 4, Learn, and paired it with imagery of Chinese calligraphy alongside English typography. This combination reflects the experience of a first-time learner navigating from familiar to unfamiliar visuals, capturing the transition between known and new knowledge.

	Project Description:
We were asked to create a zine exploring the concept of Making Space. This involves examining what space means—whether physical, emotional, or conceptual—and how it can be redefined, reclaimed, or reimagined in various contexts. The project encourages us to think about space from our perspective, using design, text, and visuals to express our unique interpretations.My vision:
“Journey” explores my inner headscape, reflecting on my childhood struggles with unhappiness and the eventual discovery of joy in finding contentment with the simple things in life.

	Branding System
	Project outline:826 is a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting under-resourced students with creative and expository writing skills. For this project, we were randomly assigned cities by chance, and I ended up with the task of designing an 826 store for Oklahoma! 

My vision:
Drawing inspiration from Oklahoma's history of the gold rush and its rapid wealth accumulation, my store focuses on themes of money and financial literacy. The design captures a playful sense of sneakily grabbing coins, creating an engaging atmosphere that encourages kids to learn about managing finances while having fun.
